The Trusts Waitakere Brass is one of New Zealand's A Grade bands. Located in West Auckland amidst the beautiful Waitakere Ranges.The band was established in 1923 and was previously known as New Lynn Citizens Band. The band has a colourful resume of brass banding achievements having won two New Zealand and one Australian title together with five New Zealand Entertainment Band of The Year Titles. The band hosts a series of concerts each year and actively competes in contests both in New Zealand and Australia.
